在重新安裝FLASH PLAYER 遇到奇怪的問題會出現 

Adobe Flash Player 無法安裝

但發現裡面也無法解決我的問題後來找到這篇

1. Follow the instructions to download the SubInACL tool from the Microsoft Download Center.

2. Install SubInACL.

3. Download the reset_fp10.zip file.

4. Extract the reset_fp10.cmd file to C:\Program Files\Windows Resource Kits\Tools\.

先下載 SubInACL 

然後下載 reset_fp 10.zip 

接著把解壓縮出來的 reset_fp10.cmd 檔案丟進去 C:\Program Files\Windows

Resource Kits\Tools\ 資料夾內 

執行 reset_fp10.cmd 

重新安裝Adobe Flash Player (Activex)就可以了
